For the last episode this season we decided to do a Christmas special. This time we cooked traditional dishes from our home countries and talked about them and their history. We also discussed traditional Finnish food and other christmas traditions.

On our glass and plate
For this episode we cooked different things. Rene cooked Mole with chicken and red rice on the side. He also made some handmade tortillas and a homemade salsa. TK brought some grilled kale and sadza to complement a beautiful oxtail stew. Tam made a whole grilled fish with some fragrant lemongrass, garlic and turmeric marinade. This with a dipping sauce and a mix of salad and herbs for wrapping.
