Juuso has worked his way up through the restaurant and bar scene gaining experience and knowledge which give him a wide vision of the industry. He is now operational manager for several places around Tampere including Old Mates. We talked a bit about the place, his experience and their experience seeing Japan with the Finnish perspective.

We had some beers and enjoyed a few items from the menu, Fish Hotdog which was our favorite, the meat pie and the all day breakfast. All items you should definitely try on your next visit.
