About Tiima

Founded in 2017 in Olympia Quarters, Tiima occupies a former clocksmith’s shop, where remnants of the past still line the shelves, and dozens of old clocks remain stalled on the walls. Time feels frozen somewhere between the swinging ’60s and ’70s. The focus here is on world-class cocktails and exceptional service. The menu features Tiima’s signature creations alongside international classics, as well as flavorful non-alcoholic options. The back bar boasts an extensive selection of spirits, with a particular emphasis on whiskey and gin.
