On this episode we visited Kim’s Bap, an autentic Korean place in the heart of Tampere. Owner and chef Terry joined us to talk about his journey from Korea to Finland, cultural differences and how many of us who come to Finland slowly adapt to life here and adopt some of the local ways sometimes without even realizing. We also talked about the kind of food and flavors he offers and what he would like to see in the future.
